RCA Board of Directors

The Riverwood Community Association is the homeowners association (HOA) whose purpose is to administer the properties in Riverwood in accordance with all laws passed by any government entity, including Florida Statutes 718 & 720 (as amended); and with the Riverwood Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants. The RCA Board is composed of five members elected by the residents (one (1) vote per residence) through an election process conducted by the RCA. RCA Board members serve for a term of three years. The RCA employs a staff of paid employees to perform day-to-day operations, including managing activities, communication and landscaping. Additionally, the RCA owns and maintains the infrastructure in Myakka Pointe and Sawgrass Pointe. The RCA is funded through assessments which residents pay on a quarterly basis.
