After purchasing a home in Riverwood, there are a few tasks you will need to complete so you can have full access to the community.
1. The day you close, you will need to submit the following paperwork to the RCA Office:
*We will not accept these forms without the Warranty Deed.
You can drop these off at the office or call us at (941) 764-6663 for more information on how to submit these documents via email or US Mail.
Once you are here in person, you will receive a Welcome Packet with helpful information.
2. Once all your new homeowner documents are entered into our system, the gatehouse will be alerted that you are a new resident. Once your information is entered, you can stop by the gatehouse with your car and registration where staff will place the RFID gate sticker on your windshield. If you are in a rental, they will not be able to issue you a RFID gate sticker.
Your photo will also be taken for your ID card to access the pool and the 24-Hr fitness center.
Please Note: you can pick up gate access stickers and ID badge for the community pool/fitness center by visiting the main entrance gatehouse Mondays 7am to 1pm and Thursdays 7am to 7pm.
