An Owner has the right to lease his/her property in Riverwood in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, the Neighborhood Supplemental Declaration and the laws of Charlotte County and the State of Florida. Prior to the Lessee taking possession of the property, the owner must complete the RCA Lease Notification Form. There is also a $25 processing fee. Further, the Owner does not have a right to use the Riverwood Facilities during the period of the lessee's occupation of the owner's property.
