How To Register Your Guests, Deliveries or Vendors

This is the new way that owners can call and add their guests, deliveries or contractors at the Gate House. The system will recognize all registered owners and you can choose from a few options of pass lengths. If you are asked to enter a pin, then you are not registered and will need to email the gatehouse at RiverwoodSec@gmail.com with your name, address and phone numbers you want registered.

For new residents: you can pick up gate access stickers and ID badge for the community pool/fitness center by visiting the main entrance gatehouse Mondays to Thursdays 7am to 1pm.

For ID Badge replacements, please visit the RCDD Office to pay the replacement charge of $26.75, then you will take the receipt to the Gatehouse so they can remake your badge.
